Victory Gardens
Victory Gardens is Morris County's smallest municipality by area. Built as war-worker housing during World War II, it has evolved into a tight-knit, diverse community. Housing consists of duplexes, small single-family homes, and apartments. Its location next to Dover gives residents access to broader shopping, dining, and transit options. Local parks and community programs support neighborhood engagement. Affordable homes make it an accessible choice within the county.
Schools
Students attend Dover Public Schools, which offer AP and bilingual programs and emphasize diversity and inclusion (GreatSchools).
Commute to NYC
Dover Station on the M&E Line provides trains to Midtown in about 65 to 80 minutes and to Newark in roughly 45 to 60 minutes.
